Amenities and Services

We’re here to help you at Tweed City. See below a number of services available to assist you during your visit.

Customer Service Desk

For more information about our centre and services available, visit our Customer Service Desk located near Cotton On.

We can also be contacted by phone on 07 5523 6100.

Our Customer Service team can assist with the following:

  • Store location assistance
  • Purchasing Tweed City Gift Cards
  • Community information and services
  • Free mobility equipment hire
  • Lost and found property
  • Public transport information.

Parents / Family Rooms

To assist families during their visit, we have four Parents / Family Rooms, including baby changing facilities for your convenience.

Public and Accessible Toilets

There are four public amenities at Tweed City.

We have four accessible toilet facilities available. These can be found near Woolworths, in The Cove outside Bay Pho and The Coffee Club, outside Mathers Shoes and near Coles.

Mobility Equipment Hire

To ensure your shopping experience is comfortable, Tweed City offers customers complimentary wheelchair and motorised scooter hire. On pick-up you will need to provide proof of identification in the form of a valid photo ID. Bookings can be made by contacting our Centre Management team on 07 5523 6100.

Justice of the Peace

The Justice of the Peace service is available from 10.30am to 1.30pm on Monday's and Thursday's outside Westpac. From 4 February 2021, the JPs will also be available on Thursday evenings from 5pm to 7pm.
