Sales Assistant
Just Sunnies are looking for a motivated and dedicated Sales Superstar who can lead by example, inspire the team, and ensure the store's success with support from your Store Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Customer service excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered by yourself and the team, building strong customer relationships, and resolving any customer issues or concerns.
Inventory and visual merchandising: Inventory management, including stock receiving, stock takes, and accurate record keeping. Ensure visually appealing and well-organized store displays.
Store operations: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, some administrative duties and POS system management.
Compliance and policies: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines, including security, health and safety, and loss prevention measures.
