Step into the chef’s shoes and uncover the secrets to creating perfect sushi rolls. From mastering rolling techniques to exploring flavour pairings, you’ll pick up insider tips and craft your own delicious masterpieces. It’s your chance to go behind the scenes and roll like a pro!
Using tools and fresh ingredients—think seaweed, sushi rice, cucumber, chicken, and more—you’ll create your own sushi rolls to enjoy. Parents are welcome to join in and share the fun!

Time: 5 sessions between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (45 mins each)
Tickets: $5.50 per person
Where: Food Court (opposite Mathers Shoes)
*Online bookings are required. Suitable for children 4+ years. Sessions are limited to a capacity of 20 per session and sessions run for 45 mins. Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times. If your child has food allergies please notify sushi staff.
